Ooni Koda 2 Max reaches a temperature of up to 500°C in just 30 minutes thanks to G2 Gas technology for uniform heat distribution and pizza-like results, with cooking in a single turn. The main innovation of this new model is that inside there are two gas burners with independent control so as to be able to set two temperatures for two dishes to be cooked at the same time. This way, for example, it will be possible to bake two different styles of pizza with ingredients and characteristics that would normally require separate preparation. Or, you can cook fish together on one side and meat steaks on the other, or a plate of vegetable side dishes on the right and a pan-baked focaccia on the left. The internal structure has been designed for maximum versatility and to fully exploit the capabilities of the gas oven, while also optimizing time and consumption.
