A sheet of Stainless Steel becomes Forma and decoration: Joy, like a jewel.
The Tray presents the fascinating play of reflections that characterizes the designs of the Joy line, born from the union between the research conducted by Claudia Raimondo and Alessi's attention to the "skin of the object." Indeed, the experience developed in the processing of Stainless Steel surfaces, even the most complex ones, has allowed the creation of interesting design research and the consolidation of a technologically sophisticated production process.
"Joy n.3" is a round Tray with embossed walls and a jagged edge. The irregular texture embellishes the object, recalling the image of surfaces worked by master silversmiths. Obtained by cold stamping the Stainless Steel sheet, the facets that create the object's distinctive texture are proportionally sized to the large surface area of the Tray.
