Made in France, the Paris u’Select pepper mill is ideally sized for the perfect ergonomic design and functionality, whether used in the kitchen or on the table. The ingenious manual wooden mill is equipped with a high-precision grind adjustment system at the base of the mill—simply turn the ring to select the required grind setting.
- The grind adjustment ring is graduated from 1 to 6 (1 is the finest grind and 6 is the coarsest setting).
- Gear mechanism made from stainless steel treated to prevent corrosion and rust.

- Turn the head of the mill clockwise only. Turning left and right will only cause spices to go back up inside the mill instead of driving them down into the mechanism.
- To get the best results, we recommend you use only dry, hard, whole peppercorns that are 6mm or less in diameter.
- You can grind black, white, and green peppercorns and coriander. The pink berries can be ground only if blended with one of the other peppercorns (max 15% pink).
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean your Peugeot mill.
- Never use any cleaning agent or detergent.
- Do not expose the mill to humidity.
