The ingenious manual wooden mill is equipped with a high-precision grind adjustment system at the base of the mill—simply turn the ring to select the required grind setting.
- The grind adjustment ring is graduated from 1 to 6 (1 is the finest grind and 6 is the coarsest setting).
- Gear mechanism made from stainless steel treated to prevent corrosion and rust.
- Crafted from sustainably sourced wood.
- Water-based paint and varnish.
- Turn the head of the mill clockwise only. Turning left and right will only cause spices to go back up inside the mill instead of driving them down into the mechanism.
- You should use dry rock salts (white, pink, or blue) that are 4mm or less in diameter.
- Do not use sea salt, even dried.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean your Peugeot mill.
- Never use any cleaning agent or detergent.
- Do not expose the mill to humidity.
