• The grind adjustment ring is graduated from 1 to 6 (1 is the finest grind and 6 is the coarsest setting).
• Gear mechanism made from stainless steel treated to prevent corrosion and rust.
• Crafted from sustainably sourced wood.
• Water-based paint and varnish.
• Turn the head of the mill clockwise only. Turning left and right will only cause spices to go back up inside the mill instead of driving them down into the mechanism.
