Tig Counter Stool with Black Leather Cushion

Named for a complex welding technique used to secure non-ferrous metals and copper alloys, our Tig bar stool revels in the contrast of raw metals and the intricate welds that are typically covered with an opaque topcoat. ^ We relied on a team of highly skilled craftsmen who specialize in a kind of wire weaving and welding technique that's been passed along from generation to generation. Entirely handcrafted, each bar stool is made in three stages by teams expert in frame structures, wire patterns for the seat and back and the final welding. Once finished, stools are given a light acid wash bath that results in a grey iron patina and subtle brass weld marks.
