| 1 cup APF 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp white sugar | 1 large egg |

Maple syrup
Directions:
- In a large bowl, Sieve all dry ingredients and mix to incorporate.
- Make a well inside the flour mixture and add in the wet ingredients and mix to incorporate. Lumps are good for a fluffy pancake.
- Scoop out your mixture, slightly flatten it gently and cook in a preheated non stick well buttered skillet Until it turns brownish then flip on the other side to cook evenly.
- Top with a cube of cold butter and add maple syrup for a classic version.
